Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours. If you text ahead with what you are looking for, we will have rugs rolled out when you arrive.
Can I take rugs home to try them?
Yes. From either showroom, take rugs home on approval and see them in your own light before you decide. For a large room or a designer project, chat or text us photos and measurements and we will pull options before you come in.
Which showroom has the rug I saw online?
The product page shows pickup availability by showroom. Chat or text us the Rug ID and we confirm where it is and hold it for you.
